PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A PORTRAIT REQUEST FORM OR ORDERING.

PRIVACY & SAFTEY

All orders placed with Bored To Death Art will require an Address, Name, and Phone Number in order to ship your product. All Addresses, Names, and Phone Numbers will be kept Private and will never be shared or sold anywhere. Your Privacy & Safety are of the highest importance to me.

All Payments are Verified using Third-Party Banking services (i.e, PayPal Goods & Services & E-Transfers (E-Transfer for Canadian orders only.)

Sales & Promotions

During any Sales & Promotions, all “Discounts” apply to basic Portraits only. If adding any Customizations, full price will still apply.

Any Promotions regarding “Contest Winners” are a one time offer. Rules regarding additional Customization also apply to “Winners”.

Reproduction Rights

All Commissions are intended for Personal Use Only. Reproduction of my artwork of any kind for financial gain is prohibited. All Reproduction Rights remain with the artist (BoredToDeathArt). All Pet Portraits are one of a kind and will never be reproduced or sold as prints, unless approved by pet owner. Custom Portraits/Artwork may be used by myself online for promotional purposes.

*Any unauthorized reproduction of my artwork for finacial gain is Prohibited.

*Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing Reproduction Rights to your Custom Portrait/Artwork.

PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required 2 days before any artwork is started. All deposits are Non-Refundable. The remaining 50% + Shipping fee is due upon completion. Full payment must be paid before any artwork is shipped. Payment must be made via Payment Methods stated below.

Deposits are Non-Refundable due to cost of materials required for each individual portrait.

If Deposit is not received after one week of discussed start date, I may have to move onto the next person in line.

*By paying the 50% Deposit, you are Agreeing to all Terms of Service rules stated.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plans are available upon request. Once 50% of the artwork cost is reached, your portrait will begin immediately, unless specified. Once 50% is reached, it is Non-Refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are a great gift option! Gift Vouchers can be in any dollar amount, and never expire! Please contact me if you’re interested in purchasing a Gift Voucher!

*Gift Vouchers must be paid in full at time of purchase. Gift Vouchers are Non-Refundable. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. All costs/fees exceeding Gift Voucher limit must be paid before shipping. Any balance remaining on Gift Voucher can be applied to any future order. Gift Vouchers are sent via email to purchaser with a One-of-a-Kind Code.
