Rush Orders
If you need your Pet Portrait sooner than the estimate given, I must charge a Rush Fee of $75. Depending on the size and complexity of your Portrait, some Rush Orders may not be possible. Please ask before ordering if a Rush Order is an option/available.
*Please Note - Rush Orders are not always available & must be discussed & paid for before I start. Additional Shipping fees will apply if you need a faster shipping option
All Portraits require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit. Deposit required 2 days before start of you Portrait. Once Portrait is complete, remaining 50% & Shipping cost must be paid before I ship your Portrait.
You may Cancel your portrait at any time. Reminder that if the deposit has been paid, it is Non-Refundable. All completed portraits are also Non-Refundable.
