Each pet portrait varies on completion time! There are a few factors to take into consideration. # of Pets per Portrait. Complexity and Customization. # of commissions ahead of you. Most take me 3 - 4 weeks to complete from start date. I will provide an estimate of completion once I start your piece! *Please note that these are estimates and I Can Not provide a guaranteed date. *Rush Orders are available if I have availability. Rush Order Fee will apply.

It's a MUST! I cannot draw your pets unless you provide a photo! The more photos the better! It allows me to not just capture detail, but to capture your pets personality. *Please contact me if you are unsure about your reference photos or need an example.

Having a good reference photo is extremely important. It helps me capture as much detail as possible! HOWEVER! I know that it is not always possible to get great photos of your pets! Whether your pet hates the camera, like mine lol, or maybe your beloved pet has crossed the rainbow bridge. If you are unsure about you reference photo, please feel free to send it to me and ask! I have worked from many different types of reference photos in the past and will do my best to work with what I've got! *Please Note* *The better the reference photo, the more detailed you Pet Portrait will be. *If reference photo is blurry, is a bad angle, or doesn't show all marking of the animal, the detail may be less than other Pet Portraits I've done or I may have to deny your commission. *If unsure, please feel free to email me boredtodeathart@outlook.com or Direct Message me on Instagram @ BoredToDeathArt

No Problem! I understand things change, unexpected expenses come up, life happens! If I have not started your portrait yet, you may cancel at any time! If you need to cancel and I've already started your portrait, that's fine but your deposit is Non-Refundable. I still have to pay for the supplies it required to start your piece. *All Pet Portraits require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit before I start. (Deposit not due until 2 days before Start date)

Yes! I ship all of my portraits in frames! Reason being, it helps protect the drawing, and it also feels more complete when you open it up! *All my portraits are framed in Black Wooden Frames. *If you'd like to request a certain color frame, please let me know!
