Returns Policy

All Artwork is shipped via Canada Post. All Artwork must be shipped with Tracked Shipping. If faster shipping is required, please contact me before shipping cost has been paid. Any Parcel that is shipped OUTSIDE CANADA, may be opened by customs.

 

*All parcel addresses must be confirmed before shipping. I am not responsible for any parcel that is delivered to wrong address. You must contact your local mail service for resolution. If Parcel has to be shipped back to me, buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost fee.

Coverage on Parcel 

Coverage may be added to you parcel at additional cost. If you would like to add coverage to your parcel and are located OUTSIDE CANADA, Duties, Taxes & Import Fees may apply.

Buyer is 100% responsible for paying any Duties, Taxes & Import Fees.

Returns on any Custom Portraits/Artwork is not available. All Custom Portraits & Artwork must be approved before I start to ensure satisfaction. Updates of Portrait/Artwork will be provided upon buyers request.

*If Portrait/Artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. 

*If damaged Portrait/Artwork MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
